You support the procurement and resourcing for end-to-end management of the Navy's medical capability development (CAPDEV) projects. On this, you secure the requisite resources and plan technical trainings to enable the conduct of operationalisation trials of medical CAPDEV projects, track the operationalisation progress of all medical CAPDEV projects; and manage any technical modifications. Your challenges lie in juggling multiple CAPDEV projects of different complexity at the same time, sense-making the CAPDEV requirement and ensure that it meets both medical and engineering requirement.

You must have a tertiary qualification in Science-related fields, preferably with 3-5 years' experience in medical procurement, plans development, project management, or exposure to capability development work. You must be able to conduct and present detailed cost-benefit analysis to come up with optimal solutions, and create effective organisation frameworks to facilitate daily project management. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
