[What the role is]
As academic staff, you will play an active role in the academic, professional and personal development of your learners to prepare them for work & life.

[What you will be working on]
- Conduct lessons, create teaching and assessment materials and mentoring of students
- Develop and maintain new/existing teaching curriculum for learning units related to Aerospace Systems, Unmanned Aerial Systems, Urban Air Mobility, Human Factors, etc.
- Undertake projects/consultancy work with both internal and external stakeholders
- Deploy effective pedagogy to facilitate learning Lead or represent in committees and contribute to administrative/management tasks (i.e. outreach, student recruitment, project management etc.)

[What we are looking for]
- Relevant qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Aerospace/Avionics Engineering or related disciplines
- At least three years of relevant work experience in avionics-related work on commercial aircraft MRO, either at hangar or workshop level or drones-related work.
- Possess Unmanned Aerial Pilot License (UAPL)/ equivalent experience
- Passionate about education and keen in mentoring, teaching and motivating both youth and adult learners
- Strong industry linkages in the related fields
- Self-driven, independent and possess the readiness to work as a team
- A people-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, written and communication expertise
- Keen interest in developing new capabilities through projects and self-learning
- Possess a strong interest in exploring new technologies
