**Job Descriptions**:
- Will be required to work in close collaboration with respective Heads' of business units and Japan Head office to coordinate the daily business operations and drive the company's growth and performance.
- Responsible for selling and promoting agricultural products from Japan.
- Develop a growth business strategy and new market for overseas.
- Performs market research.
- Is expected to prepare Japanese business documents summarising deal terms for the Head Office in Japan.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Master's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6 years experience in feed ingredients trading or similar.
- Extensive experience in trading agricultural products.
- Is required to conduct market trends study and survey.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of Japanese agricultural products (ie. Japanese tea products)
- Familiar with hazardous substance requirements and inspection standards for agricultural products in Japan.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent). Japanese language is essential for daily communication with the Head Office in Japan as well as to negotiate directly with the suppliers and farmers in Japan.
