Job Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspection of plant equipment as per Production Self-Maintenance requirements
- Conduct basic functional checks and rectification of equipment abnormality as required
- Record all the information in the manufacturing documentation as per required and be involved in the process troubleshooting/investigations/deviation reports
- Issues maintenance request forms including the possible causes of failure of equipment and confirm operational integrity after competition of repairs
- To assist Maintenance Department to implement counter-measure against equipment trouble
- Involve in CERT team/organisation
- Hand over all the information to the technician for the following shift regarding the status of each operation
- Keep good housekeeping conditions
- Train and guide new technicians according to Self-Maintenance inspection documentation
- Complying with standards, regulations, and safe work practices
- Participate in activities related to HSE management system(s)

Job Requirements
- NITEC/ Diploma in Chemical Process Technology
- Minimum 3 years working experience in an oil/gas/petrochemical industry
- DCS panel experience is an advantage
- Able to perform shift work
