**Finance Executive**

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify opportunities for automation.
- Attention to detail in reviewing financial statements and ensuring data accuracy.
- Proficiency in ERP tools, Microsoft Office, and workflow creation.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
- Skill in preparing clear and concise management reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee revenue and cost of sales reconciliations, manage collections, AR reporting, bank reconciliations, and GST reporting.
- Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements; use financial ratios to evaluate performance and prepare management reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering data, updating financial models, assisting in budget preparation, and performing variance analysis.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for automating repetitive tasks; collaborate with IT to enhance ERP systems and develop efficient workflows.
- Assist with various financial, taxation, and administrative tasks as needed.
