**The Opportunity**:
The job holder is responsible for washing and reprocessing of flexible endoscopes and accessories, ensuring the endoscopes and surgical instruments are properly reprocessed in accordance with infection control standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up washing and reprocessing area
- Maintain proper care of reprocessing equipment
- Prepare clean endoscopes for procedure rooms
- Perform manual cleaning and high level disinfection of used endoscopes adhering to infection control guidelines
- Ensure proper storage of endoscopes
- Perform terminal cleaning of washing and reprocessing area
- Receive, dispatch and perform inventory count of CSSD items
- Assist nurses in performing endoscope culture sampling

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE “N” / “O” level or equivalent
- Comfortable with prolonged standing and bending
- Equipped with some IT skills to operate machines
- 5-days work week, non-shift duties with staggered hours
