**The Role**:
**What you'll do**:
**Project Management**:
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing creative initiatives.

Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any roadblocks.

Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues to ensure projects stay on track.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

**Creative Development**:
Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts and strategies that align with marketing objectives.

Review creative briefs, providing feedback and guidance to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.

Manage the creative development process, including concept review, revisions, and final approvals.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and creative execution across all marketing materials.

**Resource Allocation**:
Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure projects are appropriately staffed.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to secure necessary resources for project execution.

Monitor resource utilization, making adjustments as needed to optimize productivity and efficiency.

**Budget Management**:
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects stay within allocated budgets.

Review vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs.

Provide regular budget updates to stakeholders, highlighting any deviations and proposing corrective actions.

**Quality Control**:
Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables to ensure they meet established standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate necessary revisions.

Implement and enforce best practices and processes to improve creative quality and efficiency.

**What you'll need**:
Bachelor's diploma/degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in marketing project management, preferably in a creative or agency environment.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and creative development processes.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience with budget management and resource allocation.

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing and creative development.
