**DESCRIPTION**

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Protection & Health (“P&H”) Team to develop business cases for approvals and implement various initiatives to drive Protection and Health sales. You will work with the channel Heads and their sales teams, Product and Actuarial teams for development of business cases, Marketing, Digital, Training Teams for implementation and local product management committee (“LPMC”) members. You will also manage external stakeholders including advisers of various levels from different sales channels and gift vendors.

Responsibilities include but not limted to:

- Drive customer campaigns and redemption process, putting emphasis on P&H policies
- Manage AXA Protector Club for Agency, including recognition criteria, periodic challenges and rewards to drive P&H.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement marketing activity to promote P&H and proposition training to advisers to build their competence in selling P&H
- Engage with key distributors to review and develop actions to improve their P&H sales
- Provide career development support to team members

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in distributor engagement, customer campaigns, product proposition training and marketing
- Knowledge and experience in Singapore life insurance industry and regulations is preferred
- Proven track record in leading, coaching and training a team
- Posses excellent communication and influencing skills, which are vital to getting buy-in from different stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end launch of all initiatives and meet tight deadlines
