**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Record financial transactions accurately by entering account information.
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Prepare, submit, and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns in compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Analyze and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets to assess financial performance.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support financial planning and control.
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during the annual audit.
- Provide updates to the Manager or Director on work progress and escalate issues where necessary.
- Review current accounting systems and practices; propose improvements where applicable.
- Manage core accounting processes such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
- Perform daily accounting operations including staff expense claims, vendor payments, and merchant settlements.
- Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
- Provide administrative and coordination support as needed.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by your superior or management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
