**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibles for creating the Building Information Modeling (BIM), providing necessary support and advisory to design team and operations team.
- Supports and collaborate with the BIM Managers and BIM Coordinators, and interfacing with contract's BIM Managers and BIM Coordinators
- Maintain and update the BIM authoring tool's discipline specific templates, modeling standards and BIM libraries in accordance with the client's requirements.
- Manages BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on offshore construction projects.
- Maintains accurate data set in drawings, design specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinates with different stakeholders including consultants, architects and internal team to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects with architectural designs and the usage of BIM model Requirements.
- Creates BIM models, M&E standard library and ensure that the data in the systems are UpToDate to effectively manage the project, assets, processes and reports.
- Manages and Integrate BIM input (Meta Data) from various departments and integrate into CDE (Common Data Environment) which compatible with Final Client CDE.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
- Familiar with code requirements and BIM submission standards.
- Knowledge in BIM software like Tekla, AVEVA E3D will be an added advantage
- Possess BIM related qualifications with at least 2 years' experience in service coordination using BIM or BIM Management and/or modeling in a design, engineering or construction firm for large scale projects will be an added advantage.
- Good Computer knowledge
- Good experience in EPC Projects for Oil & Gas, Offshore Renewables & System and BIM Modeling software
- Good team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Willing to commit overtime as and when required
