**About the job**
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Systems Analyst**to analyze and improve existing IT systems and business processes. Your role will involve gathering requirements, evaluating system performance, and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure technology aligns with organizational objectives.

**Role Overview**
As a **Systems Analyst**, you will evaluate current systems, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and collaborate with IT and business teams to design solutions. Your insights will help optimize processes, improve system integration, and support strategic decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. System Evaluation & Requirements Gathering**
- Analyze existing business processes and IT systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather detailed requirements from business users and stakeholders.
- Document system specifications, workflows, and user needs.

**2. Solution Design & Recommendations**
- Develop functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
- Recommend system modifications, integrations, or new solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with developers and architects during the implementation phase.

**3. Implementation Support & Testing**
- Assist in configuring or customizing systems as per requirements.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet specifications.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training.

**4. Documentation & Communication**
- Create comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and workflows.
- Communicate findings, proposals, and project progress effectively to stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in business and systems analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of systems architecture and integration concepts.
- Knowledge of process modeling and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with data management and basic programming concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
