- **YOUR ROLE**

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded finance specialist to grow within a VC-backed startup that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. As part of the Portfolio Management team, you will work closely with the founding team and be in the driver's seat when it comes to making deals possible, executing them, and winding them up.
- Monitor and track financial performance of portfolio companies across APAC.
- Implement a regular reporting process (monthly, quarterly, annual) on portfolio performance, market commentary and key metrics.
- Establish and implement portfolio growth plans, monitor and analyse financial and operational key metrics.
- Drive robust analysis and research on market trends - including market sizing, firm positioning, financial and operational benchmarking.
- Have an in-depth understanding of growth levers for assets and ensure the adherence of KPIs with Una’s brand managers.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 1-2 years of experience in analytical/technical positions within investment banking (M&A), private equity, venture capital, accounting (M&A), or management consulting.
- Degree from a top-tier university with a focus on finance and accounting.
- Ability to take ownership for delivering projects with a high degree of autonomy.
- An investor and operator skill set - you have exceptional analytical and strong attention to detail, yet also a pro-active individual with a can-do attitude.
- Fluent in Business English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, or any other Asian languages is required.
- Solid project planning and management, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Experience with ecommerce businesses, brand/category management, and/or Amazon FBA is a plus, but not required.
