Senior Executive, Outreach and Student Engagement

A research-intensive public university, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) has 33,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Engineering, Business, Science, Medicine, Humanities, Arts, & Social Sciences, and Graduate colleges. Sitting within NTU, NTU Entrepreneurship Academy (NTUpreneur) provides entrepreneurship education within the University and the region.

The Senior Executive, Communications and Student Engagement will assist the Assistant Manager, Stakeholder Engagement of NTU Entrepreneurship Academy NTUpreneur in designing, planning and executing effective multimedia content marketing and communications strategies, and implement activities to organise events and activities. The incumbent will support all activities to strengthen and grow the network and partnerships, between NTUpreneur, NTU community and external stakeholders such as donors, alumni, and industry partners.

**Responsibilities include**:
**Implement communications strategies to increase awareness of NTUpreneur and its academic programmes**
- Assist the Assistant Manager, Stakeholder Engagement in the implementation of effective marketing strategies, production of collaterals and large format print, videos for NTUpreneur.
- Develop corporate and student gifts as part of marketing efforts.
- Check and collate collaterals developed by individual department in NTUpreneur and check for compliance of NTU CCO's guidelines.
- Collate inputs of feedback channels and generate report on a monthly basis.

**Collate** content for approval and update NTUpreneur's website and digital channels**
- Update approved content on NTUpreneur's website and digital channels, and ensure all content is updated promptly with appropriate and strategic branding and messaging.
- Monitor the implementation of social media posts according to the calendar, and assist Assistant Manager, Stakeholder Engagement in carrying out photography and videography.

**Implement outreach and student engagement activities and its implementation**
- Carry out all outreach activities duties initiated by the Stakeholder Engagement department, assist the other departments in NTUpreneur when required.
- Provide administration support between NTUpreneur and stakeholders, coordinate the logistics, and other administrative support necessary for successful implementation..
- Consolidate inputs from different teams monthly, update and management the I&E events calendar.

**Recruit Student Ambassadors (SA), engage and collaborate with other student groups**
- Organise monthly engagement meetings with SA and ES to get feedback from the ground.
- Assist the Assistant Manager, Stakeholder Engagement in implementing sustainable student engagement activities.
- Assist in organising meetings with respective student groups and track project progress.
- Implement all activities planned for the space.
- Manage and upkeep the space with Student Ambassadors and NTUpreneur team.
- Promote the awareness of programmes to students in the Port to increase awareness of NTUpreneur's outreach and student activities.

**Manage mentors' bookings to ensure smooth meeting between mentors and students.**
- Maintain and manage mentors' duty schedules.
- Manage mentor booking system, update and troubleshoot where required to ensure no disruptions to bookings.
- Communicate to students and mentors on any changes and gather feedback on services..
- Assist in working on improving the mentorship experience.
- **Requirements**:

- A Degree in Education or Communications and Marketing from a recognised university
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with organising events and activities.
- Experience creating marketing campaigns.
- A self-starter who is creative and resourceful.
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Enjoy working with young people.
