Process and Reliability Engineer

Our client, a global MNC within the chemicals space is looking for an experienced Process and Reliability Engineer to join their team. This role will be based at their refinery plant in the West.

As the Process and Reliability Engineery, you will be responsible for the following:

- Developing, implementing and managing the Reliability Management Framework
- Implementing the Reliability Centered Maintenance processes
- Developing processes related to threat management and defect elimination
- Conducting comprehensive analysis of reliability problems related to all types of equipment in the refinery plant
- Developing and updating procedures and guidelines related to reliability processes.
- Leading feasibility and proof of concept and implementation of reliability related new improvement initiatives
- Developing and promoting new reliability strategies
- Ensuring all documentation is maintained, particularly for audits
- Assisting in developing and implementing operational excellence program

**Skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- At least 8 years related experience within the oil and gas, petrochemical / refinery industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership qualities
- Confident to liaise with different level stakeholders with the ability to be strategic, influence and drive change
- Strong knowledge of international standards, petroleum/petrochemical plant materials and equipment
- Hands on experience with reliability analysis tools
- Background in CMMS
