**Team Summary**

The AP Core Platform Solutions team drives the commercialization of Visa’s emerging and digital products in Asia Pacific, to all participants in the payment ecosystem. These capabilities provide Visa cardholders and merchants a best-in-class seamless payment experience, and equip issuers and acquirers with a robust and secure payment acceptance network.

The Strategy and Program Management team is part of the AP Core Platform Solutions and is responsible for the strategic planning and development of the digital capabilities like Visa Tokenisation standards and services, transit and ecommerce solutions. This includes building multi-year strategy and revenue forecast for the business and identifying areas of opportunities for growth. The team also conceptualizes and launches new program initiatives to ensure long term market relevance and maintain an enhanced digital payment ecosystem to deliver a more consistent and reliable payment experience for buyers and sellers in AP.

**What an Analyst** in Strategy and Program Management team** does at Visa**:
As an Analyst in the Strategy and Program Management team, you will get to work on strategic programs across the Asia Pacific region. In your day to day working you will understand the payment landscape of the region, form a close liaison with market teams, be part of the team that will roll out these initiatives and identify new opportunities for Visa. The activities of the role aim to continuously accelerate eCommerce growth and improve digital payments security over time.

You will be a key member of the team and own the analytics, project management of selected programs, including identifying risks and opportunities to reach the program goals. Your primary focus will be leveraging on your passion for analysing data and identifying actionable insights to drive the objectives of the programs. Your keen eye for detail and eagerness to initiate new approaches and actions would help to move the program forward.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own reporting and data insights to identify and evaluate opportunities to drive program optimisation.
- Develop and streamline dashboards on Tableau to monitor progress of programs.
- Maintain and track program activities to ensure alignment of priorities with program objectives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across country and global teams to obtain necessary data in building a robust analysis.
- Analyse data and convert into insights and recommendations that are specific and actionable for product owners and market teams to achieve program outcomes.
- Maintaining exception billing requests and managing the billing process to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Communicate key metrics and performance using data visualization to the management team.
- Plan and establish roadmaps, timelines and deliverables to internal stakeholders for the programs.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

What you will need:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant payments industry experience. Experience in managing regional/global projects is a plus.
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English to influence your stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Detail oriented, highly organized and able to coordinate across multiple teams and countries.
