Fm Senior Engineer Technician

**1.Senior / FM Engineer (Plumbing & Sanitary)**
- The Engineer reports to the Manager, FM and assist in the execution and management of FM services and activities in particularly those system under Mechanical Engineering services.
- Responsible for ensuring audit and monitor the standards of maintenance services rendered by specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance service provider.

**Requirement**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2 -3 years of related working experience
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 6 -8 years of related working experience
- Experience with design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical systems & equipment
- Experience in management of building services and facilities operation as well as improvement projects

**2.Senior/ FM Technician (Building & Project)**
- Report to the Engineer and assist in ensuring proper execution, quality upkeeping and maintenance of general building facilities relating to building services and infrastructure.
- Provide project management support for all renovation and development works and ensure that practices implemented are in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support to audit and monitor the prescribed KPIs of the maintenance services rendered by the specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance service provider. To support, implement and manage as necessary in cyclical and improvement projects.

**Requirement**
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Building, Property Management, Facilities Management, Architectural Technology, Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in building finishing works.
- General knowledge of M&E building services.
- Experience in Plumbing and Sanitary.
- Familiar with procedures for statutory submissions such as FSSD, M&E RI, Architectural RI, Structural Inspections etc.
- Experience in supervision and project management of A&A works
- Knowledge in building maintenance and operations works in compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory and current code of practices.
Conversant in reading and interpreting architectural and M&E schematic drawings
- Ability to use other 3D perspective drawing software will be beneficial.

**3.Senior/ FM Technician (Mechanical)**
- Reports to the Senior Engineer and assist in the execution and management of FM services, such as operation, maintenance, modification, replacement and etc activities under Mechanical Engineering services.
- Provide support to audit and monitor the prescribed KPIs of the maintenance services rendered by the specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance service provider.
- To support, implement and manage as necessary in cyclical and improvement projects.

**Requirement**
- Diploma or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical systems & equipment.
- Experience in management of mechanical services and facilities operation as well as improvement projects
- Conversant in reading and interpreting architectural and M&E schematic drawings.
- Ability to use other 3D perspective drawing software will be beneficial.

**4.Senior/ FM Technician (Biomedical)**
- Reports to assigned BME supervisors in the commissioning of medical equipment, managing breakdown services, planned preventive maintenance, and decommissioning of medical equipment.

Requirement
- Nitec| Higher Nitec | Diploma in Biomedical Engineering
- Training will be provided

**5.Senior/ FM Technician (Biomedical)**
- Reports to the Senior Engineer and assist in the execution and management of FM services, such as operation, maintenance, modification, replacement and etc activities under Electrical Engineering services.
- Provide support to audit and monitor the prescribed KPIs of the maintenance services rendered by the specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance service provider.
- To support, implement and manage as necessary in cyclical and improvement projects.

**Requirement**
- Diploma or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Electrical systems & equipment.
- Experience in management of Electrical services and facilities operation as well as improvement projects
- Conversant in reading and interpreting architectural and M&E schematic drawings.
- Ability to use other 3D perspective drawing software.
