**Position Description**
- We are looking for a Salon Supervisor responsible to oversee all salon operational needs, as well as assist with accommodating customers' requests.**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily Salon Operations
- Hire and train beauticians, as needed.
- Rostering and incentive payroll.
- Order beauty products from suppliers, building a good reputation and relationship.
- Regular maintenance services for all equipment
- Maintain staff records and documentation.
- Promote services, products, and discounts on social media
- Discusses hair, skin and nail care methods with customers.
- Evaluate on client's face or skin condition and do appropriate recommendations

**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience as a Salon Supervisor/Manager or relevant work experience in the beauty industry.
- Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
- Excellent leadership skills, organizational skills and time-management.
- At least 1 year work experience in Customer Service.
- Ability to handle customers’ enquiries and feedback.
- Should be highly creative and also have a firm understanding of tried-and-tested techniques that are still in use today.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the beauty industry or in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Administration or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
