Our quality assurance team helps ensure that Arta’s features continue to work smoothly, correctly, and clearly over time, and helps ensure new features meet the highest quality standards, while enabling the team’s velocity in feature delivery.

This is a 3-month part-time contract position, with a possibility to extend the contract terms depending on business requirements. We may consider conversion to a full-time position based on demonstrated strong performance.

**What You Will Do**:
Work with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to develop and maintain a testing plan for use as part of the software development lifecycle.

Record, document and report observed defects and issues within the product and work with stakeholders to ensure their timely resolution.

Work onsite at the office at least a few times a week to engage closely with the engineering and product teams.

This role is a part-time position, and you will spend a few hours a day to conduct above tasks.

**Who You Are**:
Great attention to detail with high empathy for users. Able to effectively be the user’s voice in the room when highlighting issues and improvements.

Organized and structured communicator with high attention to detail. Proactive in working with the team to overcome blockers and brainstorm solutions.

Excellent time management skills and can prioritize effectively to help the team meet milestones and deadlines when needed.

Prior experience with recording issues in issue tracking software like Jira or Linear is good-to-have.

Prior experience with using scripts and tools to automate testing and reporting is good-to-have.
