Our corporate values are resilience, integrity, service, and excellence.Trybe runs various youth programmes and manages the Singapore Boys’ Hostel (SBHL). We provide youth with guidance and offer support for their families and communities, creating a complete ecosystem of care from community-based outreach and interventions, to individual in-care and aftercare services.Assists programme manager with the delivery of the assigned programmes by: (1) Conducting the programmes according to the SOPs (2) Assisting to conduct enrolment of clients to the programmes (3) Maintaining proper documentation of all client records and progress in the programmes(4) Assisting in the coordination with the relevant stakeholders, as and when required, in the programmes(5) Providing timely updates to programme manager(6) Assisting with following up with clients to monitor their progress and obtain their feedback in a timely manner(7) Identifying areas of improvements in the programmes to ensure that future needs of clients are metAssists programme manager with managing manpower resources for the assigned programmes by: (1) Determining the volunteer needs and profile required for the programmes (2) Working with programme partners in the recruitment, selection, briefing, training and evaluation of volunteers (such as industry mentors) required for the programmes(3) Matching and coordinating the sessions between the assigned staff/volunteers and the clients(4) Guiding and working with volunteers in implementing programme activities Builds professional and positive working relationship with stakeholders by: (1) Coordinating with the staff from the relevant organisations, such as schools, employers, etc for the delivery of the programmes(2) Obtaining and following up on feedback from stakeholders, volunteers and clients Preferred Achievements - Min.
