**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the formulation of the **Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) **strategy and roadmap, and develop potential business value and future business model for the Company;
- Responsible for the continuous development and implementation of SAF strategy; analyse, track and regularly report the market demand and supply, price trend, opportunities for investment, and formulate SAF related policies;
- Track the demand and progress of airports and airlines for SAF and drive the growth of SAF sales and supply development worldwide for the Company;
- Identify global sustainable aviation fuel investment projects in line with the Company’s strategy and introduce relevant joint venture partners;
- Assist in managing existing and potential SAF suppliers, collaborate with relevant departments of the Company and external partners on joint SAF services and solutions development projects to meet customer needs;
- Provide opinions and basis for approval decisions of SAF related projects from a business perspective, and assist in formulating project-related follow-up business plans;
- Responsible for the preparation of annual sustainable development report (climate change related content and data), the submission of relevant annual documents and audit matters;
- Assist in SAF knowledge sharing and internal training for the Company;
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department head or the Management of the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/ Master in economics or business or equivalent;
- Min. 5 years’ relevant experience in **aviation marketing/ business development/ sales or related field, preferably with SAF **investment, production or commercial experience;
- Familiar with SAF policies, regulation requirements and authorisations of international Aviation organisations and regions (Asia, Europe, USA, etc.);
- Have a good understanding of SAF raw materials, manufacturers, aviation supply chain, sales and logistics operations as well as related policies and certifications;
- Excellent customer communication skills, customer management skills, strategic thinking and internal project management skills;
- Excellent with numbers, comfortable to deal with various regulatory compliance submissions;
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement strategies;
- A team player, great people skills, including the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, and strong commercial acumen;
- **Excellent command of English and Chinese languages (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders verbally/ in writing as well as to prepare and proof-read English/Chinese official documents and presentations whenever appropriate);**:

- Good organisational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
