Main Duties
- Liaises closely with supporting departments regarding functions and banquet needs & requirements.
- Checks the activities instructions daily
- Ensures that the storeroom is always clean & tidy
- Checks on all outlets to ensure that lights, air-con, and fixtures are always in proper working condition
- Detailing of staff
**Requirements**:
- Preferably with working experience in the related field
- Minimum Basic Food Hygiene certification an added advantage
- Able to work full-time. Permanent part-timers are welcome to apply
