**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Under the direction and guidance of the Senior Director Investments, Data Centres, take ownership and responsibility to:
- Support the DC team in data collection, identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, new potential clients, investment analysis, market research, due diligence, deal structuring and executing the acquisition of assets across APAC;
- Conduct financial modelling to assess and support the underlying investments;
- Assist with the preparation of investment papers, evaluation materials, presentations, quarterly reporting to investors and other documentation as and when required;
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on DC deal documentation and contracts;
- Assist in the consolidation of review and recommendation for research and presentation on DCs to the team.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in business, finance, economics or equivalent;
- Prior work experience in the data centre industry;
- Self-motivated and proactive;
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment;
- Meticulous with strong financial modelling skills;
- Ability to multitask;
- Experienced in working with diverse and regional teams;
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Fluency in English, good communication skills.
