You will join our Ramboll Architecture & Landscape department

As our new Document and BIM Controller, you will be part of our team, delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions for a wide range of developments through our multidisciplinary expertise in master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

- Manage BIM implementation and develop BIM protocols, standards and content for project manager’s adherence and project manager’s control of BIM team
- Coordinate with BIM team lead to ensure overall timely delivery as well as quality and standard of deliverables
- Coordinate production of drawings and BIM models at all stages of the project to meet project timeline and milestones
- Check and review drawings and BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standard and authority requirements
- Conduct regular inhouse trainings to maintain company standards for drafting and BIM implementation
- Review, maintain and update technical libraries (AutoCAD and BIM)
- Prepare detailed and accurate project drawings and BIM models in accordance with project standard and landscape architect's instructions using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit

- Degree in Landscape Architecture/ Architecture/ Construction or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in drawing coordination and management in the Construction Industry
- Experience in leading a team of coordinators and drafters in drawing production, coordination, and document control
- A strong team player with strong initiative, independence, good communication skills, and the ability to multi-task
- A meticulous person who appreciates attention to details, accuracy and thoroughness
- Robust knowledge in Technical Detailing and Drawing
- Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM software in Landscape Architectural and/or Architectural works. Experience in BIM projects is required.
- Familiarity with Singapore Construction Industry regulations (eg. URA, BCA, NParks and LTA)
