This position is a dual role responsible for existing channels partner management and acquisition of new ones to further complement our digital channels in driving sales for both Home and Business Broadband. The Emerging Channels lead will be responsible for increasing partnerships and resellers with new acquisitions and at the same time achieving business metrics such as: ARPU, Revenues, and Contribution Margin.
**Responsibilities**
- Drive expansion of acquisition channels via partnership and reseller models for Home and Business Broadband.
- Forecast sales pipelines and develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness to achieve successful acquisition of partners.
- Definition, develop and implementation of commercial plans, including direct to customer initiatives, for existing and new partners/resellers to increase customer acquisition.
- Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills with a demonstrated ability to create, establish, maintain deepen relationships with partners.
- Prepare and track weekly acquisition activities reports meticulously.
- Work closely with brand and digital marketing teams to manage and align portfolio
- Work with enabling internal stakeholders for UAT on-boarding of partners, monitoring the integration process and to keep track of timeline till launch.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant years of sales & account development experience required in B2B and B2C industries.
- Business development experience including the ability to create and develop winning strategies to drive results. Research capabilities needed in order to develop a robust and continued pipeline of new prospects and growth plans for existing partners.
- Strong business, financial and analytical acumen, collaboration and excellent problem solving skills.
- Superior customer focus & proven ability to take initiative and work independently with a positive and tenacious attitude. Comfortable with a high paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Influencing and negotiation skills with confidence to challenge opinions and perceptions and offer unique insights and perspectives.
- Ability to drive superior results by providing sound decision making and creative problem solving.
- Strong EQ and expertise in tailoring communication style.
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
