**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure proper implementation of policies, procedures and work instructions in security mgt system and other knowledge, Secure Trade Partnership Program (TradeFIRST Assessment), TAPA FSR, GDPMDS Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device
- To review and develop quality plan from time to time to meet new regulatory requirements
- To continuously monitor and improve security mgt system and related quality systems
- To review and update the security policy and objectives
- To guide the business unit on effective implementation and usage of resources for maintenance and upgrading of security mgt system and related quality systems
- To guide the organization in meeting all certified mgt system standards requirements and maintenance of the certifications
- To undertake projects and additional duties assigned by the management

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher tertiary qualification in security mgt system
- Strong knowledge in security mgt system and other knowledge, Secure Trade Partnership Program (TradeFIRST Assessment), TAPA FSR, GDPMDS Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device
- At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment in printing/packaging, kitting/assembly, document control, logistics activities
- Good knowledge on Secure Trade Partnership Program (TradeFIRST Assessment), TAPA FSR, GDPMDS Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device
- Self-driven and achievement oriented, charismatic and good inter-personal skills
- Good interpersonal skill for working with cross-functions and all levels in the organization
- Ability to lead and work with cross functional teams
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to travel, takes job pressures and work long hours as and when required
