**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation of Compliance related policies and ensure business units’ adherence to the policies and procedures
- Update policies and procedures should there be any changes to Singapore legal requirements
- Assist to perform compliance related processes such as AML/CFT checks
- Review any screening for clients and flag out any adverse/negative findings and etc.
- Verify and ensure documentation is complete prior to onboard clients
- Assess client’s business, perform risk profiling and maintain database of clients
- Monitor and follow up with declarations sent to employees and directors
- Monitor and follow up with trainings that were sent to stakeholders
- Assist to create checklists based on MAS requirements
- Other relevant ad-hoc duties or administrative tasks assigned

**Requirements**:

- Prefer the intern to work full time (Monday - Friday)
- The internship can be as long as 1 year
- Not a must to have University students. Poly students are fine as well
- Students with banking, finance, accounting and business backgrounds are fine
