The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. The Senior Manager will work with the supply chain management team to develop the overall strategy for supplier quality monitoring, including: Build new suppliers, audits, scheduling, risk assessment and maintenance of the suppliers quality performance.
- Responsible for building and developing a high-performing supplier quality team, including setting team and individual goals and assessing performance.
- Regional and local responsibility for Warehousing, Transportation in collaboration with the Team Leads
- Implementation of regional and local Purchasing Projects
- Responsible for the supplier audit program development, maintenance. Responsible for investigating supplier quality issues to determine root cause and identify/implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and evaluate suppliers quality performance to ensure Continuous Improvement of purchased product quality
- Meet core competency expectations
- Excellent cost management skills

**Requirements**:

- Preferably have experiences in wholesale process
- Ability to Travel
- Excellent communication skills with influencing and convincing abilities
