Requirements gathering, provisioning, and configuration: Collect requirements from requestor and translate requirements to cloud parameters. Provide advice on options and cost-benefit analysis. Provide advice on best practices on configurations and setting.
- Access control: Manage and ensure the proper setting up and enforcement of access control measures that are compliant with corporate policies and meet business requirements. - Redundancy, backup, and recovery: Align and set up resiliency and backup options to meet business requirements (RPO & RTO). Implement multi-tiered strategies (hot-standby, periodic snapshots)
- Monitoring and alert: Align, set up, and disseminate framework on monitoring critical parameters of cloud resources. Manage and set up procedures to handle alerts when thresholds are breached.
- Deployment, patching, and refresh: Execute and ensure proper updates to resources during different phases.
- Incident management: Take turn to be on standby duty to handle incidents reporting and provide first/second level support. Conduct required troubleshooting and debugging. Handle the incident management flow, including the updating and communicating of progress and closures to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintenance and support: Monitor, implement, and manage periodic and scheduled maintenance activities, including resource analysis, housekeeping activities (e.g. clearing of log files), review of logs and IDs, maintenance and renewal of services (certificates, subscriptions)
- Other administrative support: Assist and facilitate in other related activities (e.g. verification of DevOps related invoices)
- Project management: Lead and drive projects from DevOps perspective when assigned to run a DevOps related project (e.g. migration, tech refresh)
- MIS function support: Expected to help in routine MIS support work (e.g. management of O365 admin, onboarding and offboarding workflows)
- Preferably with relevant AWS certification, with actual working and implementation experience in EC2, RDS, EBS, EFS, Cloudwatch
- Knowledge and competency in enterprise backend server skills, including experience in various variants of linux OS, different scripting languages, backend automation tools.

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
