Job Description:

- Responsible for Client billing, change order preparation, accounts payable and job costing as they relate to assigned projects.
- Process vendor invoices accurately and within assigned timeline.
- Process sub-contractor payments accurately and within assigned timeline.
- Collect and track compliance documents.
- Other related duties as assigned or needed.
- Manage all accounting related functions for assigned projects.

Job Requirements:

- Need to know how to use Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor payments.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
