**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Inventory Management:

- Take charge of monitoring stock levels and inform the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager when items are running low.

Restaurant Cleanliness:

- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and service stations.

Host Assistance:

- Assist the Head Host in managing the seven rooms, ensuring smooth seating and guest flow.

Training Support:

- Assist in training new staff on menu items and service procedures to maintain high standards of service and consistency.

Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with managers, colleagues, and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at all times.

Lost and Found Follow-up:

- Take responsibility for following up on lost and found items, ensuring proper procedures are followed.

Handling Complaints:

- Address customer comments or complaints promptly and professionally. If issues cannot be resolved, escalate them to the Restaurant Manager for assistance.

Multitasking:

- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that service runs smoothly.
