Fundraising & Communications Executive

**Job Objective**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Fundraising
The incumbent plays a key role in supporting the management in reviewing, planning and executing fundraising activities across digital and traditional marketing platforms:
- Achieve the fundraising target of $1M a year via sponsorships and fundraising activities
- Conceptualise and execute fundraising campaigns
- Develop and cultivate a list of prospective donors
- Record (data entry to CRM system), manage and maintain fundraising income and be the main point of contact between the Finance team and Fundraising team
- Conduct the research, data mining and analysis of potential donors
- Increase donor engagement by cultivating and building relationships with current and future donors
- Contacting and coordinating with partners and/or vendors on any fundraising related activities
- Provide quarterly updates of fundraising progress and fundraising target
- Assist in occasional duties as assigned by Supervisor
2. Communications
- Create marketing and promotional materials both print and electronic, to promote PPIS services, events and programmes
- Responsible for regularly updating profile write ups on all digital platforms (website, social media channels, partner sites etc)
- Develop and deliver staff/members communication including newsletters, intranet/online content, corporate updates and project communications
- Any other internal and external communication matters on behalf of PPIS
**Requirements**:
- Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, analytical and creative yet meticulous
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite
