[What the role is]

Join a team of Retail and Event Management professionals to support the E-Commerce & Retail and Event Management programmes in the School of Business Management You will play a key role to engage learners across different age groups and backgrounds, and you have the relevant experience in E-Commerce & Retail Management especially in the areas of Social Commerce and Event Branding & Marketing. You have an energetic and dynamic personality, and you are passionate about grooming the next generation of talent for the Retail and Event Industries.

[What you will be working on]
- Design and develop competency module unit and curriculum content for both synchronous and asynchronous lessons and deliver lecture and tutorial through both face-to-face and/or interactive elearning modes in Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Analytics, Social Commerce, Event Branding & Social Media Marketing, and Hybrid Event Management related topics for both pre-employment training (PET) and continuing education and training (CET).
- Plan, coordinate and implement e-commerce and retail management related events, such as webinar and career fair, study trip, field trip, alumni and student activities.
- Assist in development, planning, marketing, operations, logistic support and training for both online and offline retailing platforms for the business centre and Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP) training.
- Develop and guide learners in their holistic development and provide pastoral care and career guidance to learners.
- Coach and provide guidance to learners during their internship.

[What we are looking for]
- Relevant qualification in Business, Business Analytics, Event Management and/or Digital Marketing.
- At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience in Social Commerce, Retail Analytics, Digital Social Media Marketing, and/or Hybrid Event Design & Practice.
- Effective in project management and communication with strong life skills and ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task.
- As this is an applied training environment, hands-on and field experience in relevant areas as well as willingness and ability to coach learners in the field is a must.
