**Global Category Sourcing Manager, PV Modules**

**Your responsibilities**
- Manages comprehensive supply chain and cost intelligence on PV modules on suppliers, competitors and customer models including, but not limited to, new product developments, costs and trends, market growth projections, and market forces
- Monitor PV Module supply market's supplier pool, technology, innovation and cost trends and report market intelligence regularly
- Identify, qualify, onboard, and manage suppliers for assigned category in cooperation with Sustainability and Supply QHSE.
- Identify supplier development and improvement opportunities and propose business cases
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partner PV Module suppliers
- Collects and manages intelligence and developments in PV Module on the global market to provide insights to the group's engineering and business development teams and towards strategic sourcing
- Provide operational excellence support to multi-stakeholder divisions and build an end-to-end business delivery excellence tool to enable seamless communication and business growth
- Regular interaction and reporting to internal stakeholders, up to and including board on performance metrics and procurement strategy
- Timely plan and execute tendering projects or portfolio of projects in alignment with relevant stakeholders like legal, asset management and engineering to ensure best value for company
- Work with legal to negotiate PV Module supply contracts with suppliers
- Propose procurement plans and sourcing strategies for projects

**Your knowledge & qualifications**
- BSc Power, Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Supply Chain Management, an MSc or MBA is an advantage;
- Extensive experience in procurement for project businesses and experience in Solar PV industry is big plus, especially in assigned country
- Certification in Project Management or Procurement Management like CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CIPS are preferred
- Fluent English and local language of assigned country spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus, especially Mandarin, Spanish or German.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in global sourcing, sales, operations, procurement, project management minimum 5 years in similar position;
- Experience in supporting multi-functional projects in an international work environment;
- Strong understanding of PV Modules markets (suppliers, value chain and technologies) is essential
- Knowledge of processes in industrial large and complex or turnkey contracts. Knowledge in commercial or legal aspects of purchasing.
- Ability to communicate with numerous external and internal parties at different levels in a project environment.
- Experience and understanding of international logistics processes, incoterms, and delivery management to remote project location
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office tools;
- Willingness to travel up to 30% globally.
