Fe Manager Onshore Yard

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Be focal point of onshore decommissioning for Platforms & pipelines
- Facilitate PM onshore yard to manage dismantling yard and decontamination contracts, and gain alignment, direction from Leadership team
- Assist PM Onshore Yard for Onshore decommissioning project which covers the planning, development and execution of onshore dismantling yard and decontamination service for decommissioning campaigns. This role is to ensure that the project is completed safely, within agreed budget and timeline.
- Support on management of yard contract, Decontamination service contracts and disposal contract, including evaluating and selecting suitable contractors for the project
- Facilitate PM onshore to manage project resources, prepare budgets and forecasts, monitor progress, and do internal/ external stakeholders’ engagement
- Coordinate with SMEs or functional teams on complex engineering-related activities or interfacing tasks e.g. Risk assessment, iHAZID, and coordinate with support team on execution schedule
- Coordinate and support working team on the development of all decommissioning permits such as DEA, BPEO, FDP, DCE
- Focal point for decommissioning waste monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate with CA team for regular engagement with Government team/ stakeholders on waste monitoring status and any deviations

**Technical**:

- Competence in primary engineering discipline and well understand AR preparation work, offshore removal, yard preparation & functionality, load-in, load-out sequence, transportation, dismantling, cutting, and completion of dismantling
- Ability to act as technical sounding board with focus on decommissioning/removal/decontamination procedures for offshore structures OE/HES - Experience in OE processes such as MOC, SWP, RCA, IFO, JSA, HazID, etc. Proven ability to manage contractors (engineering and execution) and ensure continuous improvement of performance in meeting company engineering standards and operations assurance expectations in projects.
- Demonstrated ability in MSW and risk assessment & mitigation. Proactively provides support to drive OE behaviors.

**Business and Project Management**:

- Project management: Expertise in CSOC & CPMS is critical along with required level of experience in project management skills and demonstrated capability to effectively evaluate and articulate tradeoffs with cost, schedule and operation do-ability.
- Preferred technical depth in offshore and/or onshore execution with demonstrated experienced planning, executing & cost management, stakeholder engagement and management. Experience in Asset Retirement, onshore decommissioning or waste disposal management is an advantage

**Leadership**:

- Strong OE Leadership Skill, able to manage own small team and representing Company to manage onshore yard contractors to achieve expected performance - Exhibit WE LEAD (Supervisor) and 5 Leadership Behavior to lead or influence change through others (i.e. OE / PI / CP / initiatives)
- Demonstrated ability to get results through others. Experience interfacing with a number of cross functional teams as well as being able to communicate effectively to influence others (internal/ external).
- Proactively solicit constructive feedback for self and team then taking action to appropriately adopt.

**Communication**:

- Effectively and collaboratively communicate internally and externally stakeholders and draw conclusion or common interest and bring all issues to closure.
- Present meaningful recommendation or performance report to management / key stakeholders

**Qualification**
- Engineering Background
- 10+yrs of Experience in Oil & Gas Business with Project Management Skill.
