**Description**:

- Participate in the full transaction lifecycle including preparing marketing pitches, formulating financial analysis, preparing and presenting client presentations for use in M&A and capital markets transactions from Vietnam
- Utilize your proficiency in quantitative and analytical analysis in the development of strategic valuation recommendations to clients and work alongside more senior bankers in providing support in executing transactions
- Keep current on key market developments in the Vietnam and South East Asian region and further develop your knowledge and insight of the sector client base and relevant market dynamics
- Assist in asset or company due diligence during transactions
- Prepare marketing materials
- Participate in external client interaction

**Job Requirements**:

- Investment banking and/or private equity experience, ideally with Vietnamese coverage
- Top-tier academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, or closely related areas of Business Administration or a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Fluency in Vietnamese
- Experience creating financial models, corporate valuations, and other marketing and transaction documents
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, to actively participate in developing and maintaining productive client relationships
- Well-developed organizational skills in order to respond to shifting priorities on several simultaneous projects
