Passionate to promote coffee consumption and selling coffee; well versed on coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies. Able to prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies. Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee daily operations and cleanliness of the café and its pantry

2. Prepare and serve coffee, beverage that meet quality standards

3. Conduct tasting and calibration of coffee grinder & machine daily

4. Ensure all equipment are in working condition

5. Attend to customers' queries and feedbacks to provide positive customer experience

6. Manage and handle cash and credit card payments in accordance with hotel’s policy & procedure

7. Contribute ideas in new recipes periodically.

8. Conduct training to staff on brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques

9. Update & improve signage to attract customers.

10. Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period

11. Adhere to hotel’s standard and policy on all drinks and pastry items to maintain highest quality, consistent product standards

12. Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls

Job Requirement

1. Secondary school / Diploma or equivalent

2. Prior café or coffee house experience a plus

3. Exceptional listening and communication skills.

4. Motivated to work in a fast-pace work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
