**General Job Description**:
Puttot is looking for a driven individual that comes equipped with a growth mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a hands-on mentality to join our team. You are responsible for daily operational tasks related to online and offline business, sales, and logistics. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, retail partners, and team members for day-to day tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth operation for the offline and online businesses.
- Oversee daily logistics, warehousing with in-house delivery and 3PLs.
- Manage order fulfilments timely.
- Conduct monthly stock audit and inventory replenishment at retail stores.
- Recommend and prepare stock replenishment for partners.
- Prepare new product updates on platforms before launches.
- Maintain excellent customer service and working relationships.
- Support administrative work.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency computer skills and knowledge on Microsoft Office.
- A plus to have Excel knowledge with Vlookup and Pivot Table.
- Strong time management skills.
- Good command of English.
- Meticulous and have great attention to detail and numbers
- Suitable for career change, parents with young children, return to workforce parents, as training will be provided.
- Suitable for retail associates with retail experience, wanting to change to office hours job.

**Other Information**:

- Location: Kallang (MRT Bendemeer)
- Flexible Work Arrangements
- The company is looking for full-time or permanent part-time employee for this role.
- Full-Time working hours: 9am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
- Permanent Part-Time working hours 22 hours a week: Minimum 4 to 5 hours a day (Monday to Friday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
