**Job Description**:

- What You'll Be Doing
- Create short-form video content for TikTok (and IG Reels) that feels native, trendy, and relatable
- Plan and host TikTok LIVE sessions to showcase products, engage with the audience, and drive sales
- Jump on TikTok trends and adapt them creatively to our brand
- Collaborate with our marketing and content team on creative angles, scripts, and shoot ideas
- Monitor content performance and brainstorm how to improve reach & engagement
- Occasionally appear in front of the camera (if comfortable) or assist in shooting others
- Who You Are
- A TikTok power user with a strong understanding of trends, formats, and what makes content go viral
- Comfortable on camera with a confident and energetic presence (for live hosting)
- Able to edit videos quickly using CapCut, InShot, or similar apps
- Passionate about storytelling, content creation, and the creator economy
- Creative thinker with strong communication skills and a bias for action
- Bonus if you have experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content
