This role will collaborate extensively with leadership, business stakeholders, internal operations and merchandising team as well as other cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, etc.). You will be reporting to the senior management to navigate from strategic to tactical issues. You will be a strong advocate and work relentlessly to ensure the cultural principles of the organization are practiced.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Senior Management in Strategic Planning Initiatives, Business Review, Implementation Support for Management Team involving planning, organizing and partnering with business stakeholders to align with business strategy.
- To support the Senior Management to gather facts and figures, documentations support to draft reports and presentations in Korean language to HQ team in South Korea.
- Proactively identify issues, areas of enhancements which provides value added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives.
- Organize strategic events and support the content generation for key business leaders.
- Support in cross-functional engagement by creating context, consolidating alignment, drafting of business related reports, analysis, assessments and presentations with the both local business stakeholders and HQ teams in South Korea.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the Senior Management

**Requirements**:

- Strong in business level Korean & English language to draft / prepare / present reports to HQ Management Teams in S Korea.
- Proven experience in relevant functions such as Strategic Planner or Marketing & Communications or Business planning background
- Understanding of market research and data analysis
- Knowledge of business fundamentals and management
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BSc/BA/Masters in Business related discipline
