Singapore ASIA PACIFIC MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATION LTD. Full time

APACMed is currently seeking an energetic, and highly-motivated individual to join us as the Marketing Associate to support the Association's Marketing and Communications Team. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for:
**Events**

1. Overall Event Management, pre, during and post activities. Events include online, physical or hybrid seminars, conferences and other professional or social events.

2. Collaborate, communicate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders

3. Pre-event:

- Organize all details related to event from vendor liaison, venue sourcing, set up, décor, catering, creatives/ production etc
- Marketing communications to support successful attendance rates.
- Constant updates of attendee numbers and preparation status to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that all health and safety obligations are complied with and adhered to by the team, including vendors.

4. Event Day:

- Event logistics setup & preparation
- Ensure smooth onsite execution and successful delivery of event
- Execute continuous flow of content on social media during event

5. Post-Event:

- Tear down, ensure all materials are accounted for and couriered back to APACMed
- Post event evaluation & reporting. Includes suggestions on improvement plan.
- Post event communications via Social Media & EDM

6. Assist with Budget adherence and tracking

7. Be on the lookout for fresh ideas to improve event quality

8. Engage in ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects as needed to assist in the continuous growth of the organization

**Digital Marketing**

1. Ownership of APACMed Social Media channels and communications calendar.

2. Content writing and development for social media and EDMs

3. Develop and implement online marketing activities in support of APACMed generated resources

4. Assist with implementing online campaigns across different channels (EDM, social, SEO, SEM)

5. Support our online marketing events such as webinars, digital trade shows etc where needed

6. Create analyses and reports for performance monitoring and identify suitable actions and continuous optimization to increase the effectiveness of the campaigns on an ongoing basis

7. Support members & partners communication requests/ adhoc campaigns and activities where possible and only if applicable

**Branding and other Marcom**

1. Overall brand custodian for all communication forms, internal and external.

2. Fulfil other Marcom requirements when needed - newsletters, PR, reports, articles etc.

3. Create or adapt artworks for Marcomms purposes (EDM banner, social media post images or videos)

4. Basic website maintenance - webpage image and copy updates

**Qualifications**
- Minimum diploma and must have relevant work experience in the marketing field
