We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partnership Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding of partners for our Dandelion product in the APAC region. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our KYC policies for corporate clients and partners, providing regulatory guidance to business teams, balancing risk and exposure, and establishing clear CDD standards and guidelines. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Head of Compliance for the Dandelion product.
- Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Manage the onboarding process for partners of our Dandelion product in the APAC region.
Conduct due diligence on potential partners to identify any risks or red flags.
Provide regulatory guidance to business teams on different partnership models.
Balance risk and exposure while setting clear CDD standards and guidelines.
Prepare memos and presentations for senior management to approve partners.
Prepare Compliance Requirement Documents.
Manage all settings and processes internally to ensure the partner's success.
Prepare and attend regular meetings with partners to discuss AML and compliance topics.
Administer and maintain KYC policies for corporate clients and partners.
Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Qualifications
Education

You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience and Skills

At least 7 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role, with a focus on partnership onboarding.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for financial services and the payments industry.
Strong understanding of cross-border payments.
Demonstrated experience managing the onboarding process for partners.
Demonstrated experience conducting due diligence on potential partners to identify any risks or red flags.
Demonstrated experience as a client-facing role with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in managing, organizing, and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, responsibilities, and competing priorities.
In-depth knowledge of AML and compliance regulations in the region.
