As a Junior Executive in Marketing Communications, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and communications team in implementing various strategies and campaigns. You will assist in creating engaging content, managing digital platforms, coordinating events, and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with the overall marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing communication plans and campaigns.

3. Monitor and manage social media platforms, responding to customer inquiries and engaging with the online community.

4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation and campaign development.

5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.

6. Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing communications.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience or internships in marketing or communications roles would be advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and editing.
- Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a team and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
