Google and Youtube Paid Media Ads Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical YouTube and Google Search Ads Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns for our clients. You will have a strong understanding of YouTube's ad formats, targeting options, and analytics, and you will use this knowledge to drive results and achieve campaign goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, execute, and optimize YouTube ad campaigns for clients
- Research keywords that we can target for paid ads on SEM
- Conduct in-depth research on target audiences and create targeting strategies
- Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copy and assets
- Stay up-to-date on YouTube ad best practices and new features
- Monitor and report on campaign performance to clients
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience in YouTube / Google ad campaign management
- Proficiency with YouTube's ad formats, targeting options, and analytics
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience using ad management tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
