The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. **About the Team**:
We are looking for a graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge on the latest e-commerce & offline retail trends. You will work on a variety of digital & print assets, ranging from banners, social media posts, guidelines to offline activation & branding collaterals. You will be working closely with the marketing team to produce visuals for different business needs within the broader ShopeePay team.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to design and create assets for in-app and out-of-app deployment
- Work on a variety of digital & print assets, ranging from banners, social media posts, guidelines to offline activation and branding collaterals
- Responsible for conceptualising and adapting visuals for Shopee platform and various online channels, and working with local countries on the alignment and localisation of these assets

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in related industries
- Strong sense of design; ability to think creatively and develop new design concepts
- Experience working in Digital Payments/e-commerce industry is a bonus
- Highly proficient in Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop
- Motion graphic design and video editing skills is a bonus
- Knowledge of Figma is a bonus
- Able to create both digital and print collaterals
- Able to work both independently with minimum guidance and effectively as part of a team
- Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Works well in a dynamic environment, with the ability to stick to tight deadlines
