**Summary**:
As the Trade Executive, you will be reporting to the Trade Manager and will be responsible for overall Trade & commercial activities of EXX service from Asia with target to maximize revenue, liftings and profitability.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Data & Yield Management

Monitor and analyse vessel performance, loading factors, daily positions, allocation and accounts performance.

Monitor and analyse performance & trending of Value-Added Services (VAS) and provide recommendation on rates and development to HO.

Analyse and propose difference segments volume/cost/revenue to support Pricing manager Yield forecasting & budgeting.

Propose and implement potential cost saving through cost analysis.

Owner of VAS tracker to ensure data is accurate and current

Utilization

Assist & support Pricing Manager in overall Trade commercial activities of VAS

Propose & Perform strategies to achieve full utilization with maximum yields

Close collaboration with HO Cargoflow; ARO trade; ARO Ops; Logistic team to optimize overall utilization for PSW Loop

Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to improve Hawaii Asia Transit time, Feeder space and manage connectivity.

To support new systems implementation and improve processes

Pricing & Contract Management

Support pricing and local tenders responses for defined services

Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all contracts are aligned/updated with freight rate & terms

**Minimum Requirements**:
Minimum a Diploma Holder or above, preferably in shipping, logistics management or business administration;
5 years working experience in the maritime / logistics and freight forwarding industry;
Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookup and Pivot Table) would be highly preferred;
Good knowledge of the maritime/shipping industry;
Strong Problem-Solving & Decision-making skills

Strong communication skills and customer oriented
