We are looking for a **team player **to join our growing business to establish a Singapore Furniture Brand, your achievement & customer satisfaction is our success.

Is changing the modern furniture industry one customer at a time to deliver fair priced, high quality furniture directly from the factory to households around the globe.

**Job Scope**:

- Customer order entry and procurement administration.
- Handle online sales order confirmation and pre-delivery matters.
- Liaise with factories, customers and freight forwarders for order fulfillment
- Liaise with 3PL, freight forwarders, carriers for shipment arrangement.
- Logistics coordination including optimization of supply chain, i.e. EOQ, import/export arrangements and logistics vendor selection
- Shipping documentation and customs clearance documentation
- Handle/verify suppliers/vendors document in complying to companies’ buyer’s, shipping / logistics, and import/export policies and regulations
- Monitor logistics operations for timely shipment delivery, and update schedule to team members.
- Handle customer orders, claims, returns and warranty issues.
- Update delivery backlog scheduling and prepare monthly backlog report
- Short cycle inventory, sales administration in conjunction with sales & warehouse team
- Perform other customer service duties such as handle product enquiries, provide catalogues to support the ordering process and perform duties in conjunction with the sales and finance teams to support the sales process.

**Job Requirements**:
v Minimum higher secondary, ‘N/O’ level certification or 1 online sales experience.

v Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

v Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.

v Friendly, enthusiastic and pro-active personality.

v Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

v Ability to work independently meticulously with minimum supervision and reliable to keep ahead of deadlines.

v High integrity and committed to good governance.

v Able to work 5 weekdays for 8 hours excluding 1 hour lunch.

v Able to start with short notice period.

v Keen in Home Furnishing & Decoration knowledge is advantageous.
