**Learning & Development Specialist** to support our growth

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate the development needs of individuals, departments and the organisation
- Create and executive learning strategies, courses, trainings and programs
- Support the day to day training schedules and operations of training classes and preparation for various training activities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies or programs implemented
- Assist managers in development of their team members through career path or progression
- Partner and support in regional People projects and involvement in early stages of crafting and strategizing new policies/initiatives

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development preferred
- Coaching certification will be an advantage
- Passionate about technology, Fintech and the retail space
- Strong interpersonal skills with high energy
- A keen attention to detail
- Strong creative problem solving skills
