- Build and manage relationships with prospective and existing customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience throughout the car consignment process.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about the consignment process, pricing, and available solutions.
- Present and explain offers, deals, and packages to customers, highlighting the benefits and advantages of consigning their cars through our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and share information about car inventory, pricing, and marketing strategies to optimize the consignment process.
- Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and improve our car consignment services.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by promptly addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the consignment period.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the progress of their consignment, including marketing efforts, inquiries, and potential buyers.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as car dealerships and advertising platforms, to promote and market consigned cars effectively.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably in sales, consignment, or dealership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of various car models, features, and market trends.
- Strong passion for cars and a genuine interest in helping customers find the best solutions for their car consignment needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing a positive experience and addressing customer needs.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
