**Job Summary**

A senior billing analyst within the APAC Power Price Adjustments (PPA) team is responsible for the successful query resolution of any PPA query and reports directly into the APAC PPA Manager within Global Billing, Credit and Collections (GBCC)

**Responsibilities**
- Must be able to manages their work queue within the agreed SLO’s
- Are able to prioritise their queue accordingly
- Can work effectively with both internal and external customers
- Highlights any escalations to management promptly
- Works closely with their GBCC collections counterpart(s) once query is answered to ensure prompt payment

Stakeholder Engagement
- Works extensively with GBCC Management Team
- Has multiple communication and engagement responsibilities within GBCC teams and stakeholders
- Works effectively with the GBCC Operations teams

Reporting & Analysis
- Analyses any PPA related query with accuracy and ensures corrective action is taken promptly
- Highlights improvements to the PPA process to their Manager
- Provides insights of trends seen in queries to the PPA Team
- Helps develop and create process documentation related to the PPA process

**Qualifications**
- 5 + years of experience within accounts receivable roles
- Oracle R12 and SingleView experience preferred
- Strong understanding of end to end quote/order to billing processes
- Extensive analysis experience of any billing related queries
- Experience of problem identification and quantification within policy, process, systems and behaviours
- Experience of working with cross functional teams to eliminate process errors and improve billing accuracy
