The Employer is a group company of one of Indonesia's largest conglomerates. The diversified business group has interests in several traditional and technology sector corporations, boasts a multi-billion-dollar combined sales turnover, and employs more than 200k employees. For the Digital Solutions division of its telecom business, it is interested in bringing on board an experienced Project Management/Scrum Master professional for its software engineering group.

**Position**: Lead - Project Management/Scrum Master

**Location**: Jakarta, Indonesia

**Responsibilities**
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and open communication within the team, ensuring that all members are aligned on project goals, requirements, and expectations.
- Facilitate the Agile development process by coaching the team on Scrum practices, principles, and values, and ensuring they are consistently applied throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate sprint planning sessions, ensuring that the team understands and commits to achievable goals, and manage the execution of sprints, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, working with stakeholders and other teams when necessary to resolve issues and keep the project moving forward.
- Lead the team in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance the team's performance, efficiency, and product quality.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are managed, and project updates are communicated effectively.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility into the team's progress, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the value of Agile practices.
- Encourage and support the professional growth and development of team members, helping them to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering
- At least 12~15 years of relevant experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, working with software development teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum practices, principles, and values, as well as experience with other Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Lean.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, project management and coordination skills
- Passionate about building digital solutions, especially for younger generations.

**Application**

**Salary**: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
